Joe Biden is like the elderly driver who everyone knows should have his license revoked. The spouse is reluctant because she gets to go places when she wants to. The children are reluctant because they don't want to be cut out of the will. And besides, the couple of accidents were only fender-benders and maybe someone else's fault.
The problem is that this driver is steering a very large vehicle and one false move could involve a very large number of riders.
