Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System to switch investment managers, citing ‘very poor stock picking’

The Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System will replace domestic stock investment manager Lazard Asset Management with domestic stock investment manager Boston Partners, the system trustees' Investments Finance Subcommittee decided Tuesday.
