FORT SMITH -- For the purpose of photos, the lights were bright Tuesday at the annual River Valley Democrat-Gazette football media day.
They didn't bother Greenwood in the slightest though. The Bulldogs are used to the spotlight after another undefeated state championship season a year ago.
Greenwood and many area teams gathered for an unofficial kickoff to the high school football season. Senior wide receiver Isaiah Arrington, coming off a big season, was counting down the days until he and his Bulldogs start their campaign to repeat as Class 6A titleholders.
Arrington last year hauled in 38 passes for 582 yards and had nine touchdowns. With four-star prospect Kane Archer back to trigger the offense, Arrington said the sky's the limit again this year.
