Helena-West Helena enters into drinking water consent order

The state Board of Health on Thursday approved consent orders between the Arkansas Department of Health and Helena-West Helena's drinking water authority. The orders give the city 90 days to fix issues with its two drinking water systems, including the addition of fully licensed operators.
