Protecting the lower back from injury is always top of mind for someone with my background. I don't recall how many times I've tweaked the large muscles supporting the lumbar spine, but I'd guess it's somewhere north of 50. This week, I will shed some light on lower back protection -- and how to manage through injury. Plus, I will share a new exercise designed to improve lower back flexibility.
