Cotton wants Department of Commerce to reject Vietnam’s elevated economy status

WASHINGTON -- U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., and Senate colleagues want the Department of Commerce to reject Vietnam's request to reconsider the nation's economic status, contending the Vietnamese government has not done enough to prove it values fair economic competition and lawful trade.
