State investigating company operating near Ebbing Air National Guard Base to see whether it has ties to Chinese government

Arkansas Department of Agriculture Secretary Wes Ward asked Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin's office on Tuesday to determine whether a company operating near Ebbing Air National Guard Base in Sebastian County has ties to the Chinese government.
