The Newton County Sherrif's Office and Little Rock Police Department are working together to locate a missing Little Rock man after his truck was found abandoned in Newton County, according to a Newton County Sheriff's Office press release.
Clyde Holmes, aka Clyde Boatwright Jr., 41, left his home in Little Rock on July 10, according to the release. Holmes is described in the release as a Black male, approximately 5' 10," with black dreadlocks.
On July 11, the Newton County Sherrif's Office was notified at approximately 5 a.m. of an abandoned truck on a county road off Highway 74 East between Jasper and Piercetown. The deputy sent to investigate the scene found the truck locked and "pulled to one side of the the county road so traffic could squeeze by," the release states.
