Judge orders new sentencing report in ‘Bigo’ Barnett case as appeal looms

The federal judge who presided over Richard "Bigo" Barnett's jury trial has ordered the U.S. Probation Office to prepare a revised sentencing guidelines calculation assuming that one of the eight charges under which Barnett was convicted is vacated on appeal.
