Bentonville man’s Capitol-riot trial set to start Tuesday in D.C.

The Capitol-riot trial of Nathan Earl Hughes of Bentonville is scheduled to begin Tuesday in federal court in Washington, D.C.

Hughes, 34, faces felony charges of assaulting an officer and obstructing police during a civil disorder, in addition to three misdemeanor charges.
