Little Rock, 1910: The Elks Club was parading through the crossroads of Arkansas where Main Street crossed 5th Street (later Capitol Ave.). Union Dentists advertised “Teeth Extracted Without Pain” on what is today a parking lot. and to the left is the National Bank Building, later the Boyle Building, which is being restored to house the state's attorney general's office.
