Friends, I've failed you. It certainly wasn't intentional, but I want to acknowledge and correct my shortcomings immediately: I failed to recognize that last Thursday was the 100th anniversary of the Caesar salad, and perhaps even more egregiously, I didn't give you wine pairing for the Caesar salad dinner parties...
