COMEDY

Comedian J.J. Williamson headlines shows, 6-9 p.m. and 9 p.m.-midnight, Friday and Saturday at the Loony Bin, in the Breckenridge Village Shopping Center, 10301 N. Rodney Parham Road at Interstate 430, Little Rock. Shows are open to patrons 18 and older. Tickets are $30. Visit loonybincomedy.com.

For the past 15 years, Williamson, a native of Jackson, Miss., has served as the opening act for Cedric The Entertainer. He played Cousin Bodie in the movie "Johnson Family Vacation" with Cedric, Vanessa Williams, Bow-Wow and Steve Harvey. He co-hosts the nationally syndicated "DeDe in the Morning Show," which airs 5-11 a.m. weekdays on Little Rock radio station KHTE-FM, 96.5, "The Box."
