LET’S TALK | OPINION: We all have our Bad Days

The most recent headlines in politics in general, the 2024 presidential election campaign in particular, has been all about the calls and pleas for President Joe Biden to drop out of the race due to his poor performance at his June 27 debate with contender and former President Donald Trump.

Biden has refused to drop out of the race, attributing his debate performance -- according to the news reports -- to "having a bad night," exhaustion, a cold, jet lag and over preparation named as culprits. But there are worries, reportedly among those working closely with him in his camp, that Biden is dealing with age-related issues that are compromising his ability to properly preside over the country.

These headlines have brought me to ponder, apart from politics, the ins, outs and effects of having a Bad Day.
