State clears 106 private schools for voucher cash

A total of 106 private schools have been approved so far, and 13 more are waiting in the wings for the go-ahead, to participate in the Arkansas Educational Freedom Accounts program that provides taxpayer funding for tuition and other private school and homeschool costs.
