Arkansas Education Board OKs testing programs, accrediting agencies for private schools getting state funds

The Arkansas Board of Education on Thursday approved two dozen standardized testing systems and about the same number of school accrediting agencies for use by private schools that accept state funding for student tuition and other costs.
