Chris Robinson has done it again. The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff athletic director has made another great hire.
This one is Logan Stout, who will lead the Golden Lions baseball program.
Torii Hunter, a native of Pine Bluff and former standout in the major leagues, said: "To say I'm excited would be an understatement."
Stout was a two-time All-American as a pitcher and as a shortstop, and an Academic All-American. After college, Stout went on to play professionally with the Fort Worth Cats, a minor league team in Texas. While still in college, Stout began coaching youth baseball, and his love to teach youth and most importantly the game of life, ultimately led to the start of the Dallas Patriots select baseball organization.
