Attorney general’s office argues that plaintiffs are wrong about LEARNS voucher funding

The Arkansas attorney general's office has asked a Pulaski County circuit judge to dismiss a June 11 lawsuit that challenges the constitutionality of the Educational Freedom Account program that provides taxpayer funding for student tuition and other private school and homeschooling costs.
