Peggy Ann Tidwell Capps

Peggy Ann Capps, age 78, of White Hall, passed away Saturday, Aug. 3, 2024. Peggy was born Jan. 21, 1946, in Buckeye, Ariz. She was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Myrtle Tidwell. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill Tidwell (Janie) and Larry Tidwell, brother-in-law Bill Wade, and her late husband, Sherwood "Woody" Capps. Woody and Peggy were married on June 27, 1968, in Buckeye, Ariz. Survivors include her children, Michael Capps (Crystal) of White Hall, and Deborah Duke (Clay) of Little Rock; her grandchildren, Austin Holloway, Kelsey Murphy (Joseph), and Conner Capps; her siblings, Betty Keith (Bill), Gene Tidwell (Marlene), and Marie Wade; along with a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Austin Holloway, Conner Capps, Joseph Murphy, Drake Wilkinson, Sonny Young, and Jason Mannis.
