‘Mission Sunday’ highlights Jonesboro church’s outreach projects

JONESBORO -- The sewing ministry at First United Methodist Church is making hundreds of pillowcases to give to young hospital patients.

On a recent Sunday, volunteers draped more than 30 of the cases over the altar rail so that they could be blessed.
