Arkansans for Limited Government responds to secretary of state’s motion to dismiss abortion amendment lawsuit

They say Thurston wrongly rejected abortion measure

The group behind the Arkansas abortion amendment filed a response to a request by Attorney General Tim Griffin to dismiss their lawsuit, arguing that the Arkansas secretary of state unlawfully rejected a proposed constitutional amendment to expand abortion access in Arkansas.
