Lassis Inn owner files lawsuit to void sale of iconic Little Rock restaurant

Elihue Washington Jr, longtime owner of the restaurant Lassis Inn, filed a lawsuit on Tuesday to get out of his contract to sell the Arkansas Hall of Fame eatery to restaurateur and convicted conman Kristian Nelson, claiming, among other things, Nelson paid him with a hot check.
