The Arkansas Supreme Court on Friday ordered parties in the lawsuit over the abortion amendment to submit written arguments.

Arkansans for Limited Government, the group behind the proposed constitutional amendment to expand abortion access, sued Secretary of State John Thurston last week after he rejected its ballot measure.
